Michèle is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. She has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years since graduating from McGill University with a degree in Kinesiology. As a strength and conditioning coach, she has trained numerous athletes of various sports and ages, specially hockey players, from the minor levels up to OHL and NCAA. As a persona trainer she works with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Over the years she has spent time in numerous gyms training and perfecting technique with strength and condition coaches and professional body builders, in addition Rosanne holds her level 1 olympic weightlifting and FMS (Functional Assesment Systems) certifications. Rosannes passion and focus is on
